GOVERNMENT RESPONSE
The position of Independent Regulator was advertised 23 March 2023 – 17 April 2023.

21 expressions of interest were received.

The independent selection panel shortlisted applicants on 21 April 2023 and those candidates selected for interview were interviewed on 28 April 2023.

The selection process, including reference checks and other due diligence processes, is still being finalised and therefore no appointment has been made.
