 COVID-19 TESTING BUS WILL BE IN YOUR AREA THIS WEEK

The COVID-19 testing bus will be in Smithton and available for bookings through the Public Health Hotline – 1800 671 738 – there will be NO WALK-UP TESTING.

In Smithton, the bus will be located at Smithton Wellbeing Indoor Recreation & Leisure Centre (SWIRL), 110 Nelson Road, Smithton. Entry is only via the rear entrance via Grey Street and exit onto Nelson Street.

People booked for testing will need to wait in their cars and maintain social distancing at all times for their protection and the protection of other community members and testing staff.

Appointments for testing in can be made for the following times:
12:00 pm – 6:00 pm Wednesday, 22 April
8:00 am – 12:00 pm Thursday, 23 April

The bus will then relocate to Queenstown to facilitate testing for West Coast residents.

The bus will be located at the West Coast Council Chambers, 11 Sticht Street, Queenstown.

Again, all tests must be pre-booked through the Public Health Hotline – 1800 671 738.

There will be NO WALK-UP TESTING.

Appointments for testing in Queenstown testing from
8:00 am – 2:00 pm Friday, 24 April.

People booked for testing will need to wait in their cars and maintain social distancing at all times for their protection and the protection of other community members and testing staff whilst they await their test.
